  • Trial, assess and iterate successful change approaches.

About me

Hi, I’m Kat.

I’m a former design director with over a decade’s experience of transforming workplaces into spaces where teams are engaged, empowered, creative & resilient. Great teams make great organisations.

I’ve worked with start-ups, collaborations and huge public sector organisations across policy design, service delivery and product development. They all suffer from the same problem.

Personalised people & culture solutions, tailored to your success measures.

Understand the root causes of your people issues

Every team is different, but the problems show up in similar ways. Understand how your organisation benchmarks against common metrics of successful teams and cultures, and - most importantly - why that is.

Craft transformative workshops and away days

Team days can be expensive and low in impact. Create safe spaces and structured conversations to discover the changes that really need to happen.

Define your vision and roadmap

Maybe you know where you want to get to - engaged, high-performance, values-aligned teams - but you’re not sure how to get there. Prioritise, trial, iterate and embed the right interventions for your organisation’s journey.

Nice words

— Lydia, charity

“I’ve really appreciated your obvious enthusiasm and your effort in understanding the issues; I don’t think this is a straightforward area and I’ve been impressed in how you have been able to understand it from a range of perspectives.

It has been really helpful to have your fresh perspective and ideas. The outcomes of the work feel very positive and achievable.”

— Barbara, NHS

“The brutal simplicity of what you did and the clarity with which complex problems were addressed was superb..”
